We had a great time, thanks to Brian. He dropped off his RV on time. It was clean and spacious. Rv was organized. We highly recommend booking with Brian. We plan to again.

A bit odd in communication from the beginning. They told us the fridge was broken the night before leaving us unsure if we would have a fridge or not! The actual trailer was fine, dusty in some spots, and stove top not completely clean, until it was over and they made up a "menthol" smell, whatever that is, to charge us a $500 smoking fee when no one in our group smokes. They told us on delivery that they damaged their truck when backing the trailer out so that held them up. Seems like charges may be to justify their own mistakes. My son also accidentally put their bedding in my car instead of the dirty laundry pile. I made them aware when we got home and they said they would have to charge us for the "custom" queen size bedding instead of me simply shipping it back. They could have used any other bedding for their next booking and allowed me to ship. Again, I think they are making up stuff looking for ways to charge me to help cover the damages they did themself. Would never book again. Completely unfair. I've been booking through Outdoorsy for years and never been treated like this. DO NOT FALL FOR THE CHEAP PRICE UP FRONT. THEY WILL MAKE UP WAYS TO CHARGE YOU IN THE END!
