Communication is good, but scheduling rigid
Communication for issues was great. However, the host failed to fill the water tank as requested and enforced a rigid return schedule.
Comfortable, but significant maintenance issues
The trailer was comfy, but had a non-working jack, busted water tank, leaking faucet, capped bathroom sink, ant infestation, greasy cooking station, and AC tripped. Sewage spilled due to improperly capped waste valves.

1.0Rental had issues prior to picking up, jack didn’t work, water holding tank busted water leaking and faucet leaking in bathroom. They capped line to bathroom sink so we had to use kitchen sink to do everything! Asked for tank to be filled up with fresh water, they only filled half tank, ran out of water in one day of a weekend trip. Unit was infested with ants in kitchen and cabinets. Gray and black water tank valves were left open and capped. When went to remove caps got soaked with sewage water! Can honestly say that I would never rent from them again!
