Communicative but pre-rental issues
While communication was responsive for issues during the rental, guests encountered significant problems with the RV's condition before pickup, including maintenance failures and inflexible return scheduling.
Numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues
Despite being comfortable and looking as pictured, the RV suffered from a non-working jack, busted water tank, leaky faucet, capped sink, ants, greasy cooking station, and AC tripping. Waste tanks were also mismanaged.

1.0Rental had issues prior to picking up, jack didn’t work, water holding tank busted water leaking and faucet leaking in bathroom. They capped line to bathroom sink so we had to use kitchen sink to do everything! Asked for tank to be filled up with fresh water, they only filled half tank, ran out of water in one day of a weekend trip. Unit was infested with ants in kitchen and cabinets. Gray and black water tank valves were left open and capped. When went to remove caps got soaked with sewage water! Can honestly say that I would never rent from them again!
