Our trailer is for Delivery Only to sites with full hookups.We will consider reservations for boondocking/dry camping on a case-by-case basis. Keep in mind that we have a small grey water tank (30 gallons) and you will need to pay an additional fee to dump the wastewater.We will not accept reservations on the beach/dunes.This is our 2004 travel trailer. Despite the age, the trailer is in beautiful condition, with an interior that has been given a new take on life. Our family has made great memories in this trailer, and we are hoping to share the experience with you.Inside, at the front, the trailer features a queen bed with plenty of storage and a collapsible wall for privacy. The dining area is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and A/C unit. There is also a couch that can be folded out and be used as an additional bed. Additionally, the back of the trailer includes a bunk bed area. The lower bed is a full size, and the upper bunk is a single. A word of caution with the shower; it was not built with tall people in mind. So for our taller renters, you may have to crouch slightly to use. The interior has been freshly painted, new curtains, beautiful bedding, and has plenty of storage.The outside of the trailer features a large awning to offer its occupants plenty of shade. An outdoor propane connection is built into this trailer, making great use any outdoor stove with a quick connect. An outdoor stove can be provided for a fee. This trailer features an outdoor shower.

A fantastic experience! Thank you Jason & Ashley for assuring comfort and being so available. The trailer was spacious, beautifully decorated while providing everything needed and more. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. It was a lovely getaway!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I will always do my best to accommodate pick up and drop off times requested; however, I do have a full time job and that may dictate the times I can deliver and pick up.
When booking the trailer, please communicate your needs with me so I can try to meet your needs.
Q.What is included with delivery/set up
A.
We provide a clean, sanitized trailer, with clean linens and dishes. We will assist in bring out camp chairs, outdoor grill, outdoor table, firepit(If applicable), outdoor rug, provide instructions in using the trailer and awning operation. We will connect electrical, sewer, and water as neccessary.
Please note, we bring out the items, but it is the renters responsibility to set up the items.
Q.If I pay for the projector, what does that include?
A.
The cost of the add-on includes 1080P Projector with built-in Wi-fi, a Projector Stand, 120" projector screen, and blu ray DVD player. The trailer has a selection of over 100 movies, including kid's movies.
You may also bring a Firestick if internet service is available at campsite.
The screen used with this projector is susceptible to wind. In those cases, if the weather restricts the use of the screen, please contact us and we may consider a refund.
Q.Is linen provided for all the beds?
A.
Fresh linen is only provided for the queen bed. The two bunk beds (Full and Twin sized) will only have a mattress topper provided.
The renter is responsible for bringing bedding and pillows for the two bunks.
