This camper is great for families with children and small pets! Its spacious and lightweight and it sleeps up to 8! This unit has a split floor plan. 2 double sized bunks in the rear (with a window in each) and a Queen bedroom with sliding divider doors at the front. The dinette converts into a sitting area and a bed as well. There is lots of room inside with a sizable kitchen and mid-size fridge. But the Best part is the outdoor kitchen which includes a stove and mini fridge. The storage space in this thing is impressive. Basically, every space you Could use for storage can be used for storage even under the queen bed). Plenty of windows for natural light and all of them open for fresh air. This camper is equipped with furnace and AC as well as an indoor/outdoor stereo and an automatic awning. If you're looking for something comfortable and practical, this one is a winner.Qué incluyeWe ask that our renters bring their own towels and bedding. All kitchen essentials are provided. Plates, bowls, cups silverware, knives and utensils as well as pots and pans. And a coffee maker if you like (requires plug in or generator)
There are also games incase of a rainy day. For the outside we provide 2 camp chairs, a camp table, outdoor games, an entry pad and grilling utensils for the outdoor kitchen. Also provided is an extra full size fire extinguisher and a loaded first aid kit.Otros detalles importantesWe ask that our renters leave the camper as best they can, the way they got it. And try to put things back where they found them. We ask that drain and rinse the black water tank (waste) before the rental is returned! If this is not done you will be charged a $200 fee. There is a weight distribution hitch already set up, you are welcome to use your own but for safety reasons, this is non negotiable. You will need to obtain a temporary "insurance certificate" or "insurance binder" in order to rent. We are working on setting up the option through outdoorsy but its a lengthy process.
