Hello all, and thank you for looking at our camper!This RV is by delivery only. Due to its size and weight.Our camper is big! And it has all the features your family needs. 2 slide outs which provide plenty of room. Easily sleeps 8 adults comfortably. There is a separate bunkhouse for the kids in the back with 4 beds. All beds have lights and usb ports for charging electronics. The living area has a dinette (that can also turn into a bed), couch with two recliners, TV, DVD player, am/fm/Bluetooth radio that can be played inside, outside, or both. The kitchen has a fridge, 3 burner stove top, oven, microwave, and large pantry. The bathroom is spacious for an RV and has a stand up shower. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a pillow top, and even more storage. The master bedroom can be cooled by the main ac. Moving to the outside a large electrically controlled awning, exterior led lighting. Towards the back of the camper is an exterior kitchen, complete with a second fridge, 2 burner stove, and a sink with more storage and grilling utensils.A standard $150.00 cleaning fee is applied to each booking.
If the RV is not on sewer a $75.00 black tank dump fee will be added.If the camper is returned extremely dirty (other than the basic linen change and cleaning), a $100 deep cleaning fee will be applied.No smoking or Pets in the RV or the full deposit will be forfeited.Our camper is delivery up to 100 miles from Ashford, AL, We will deliver further for additional fee. Campsite costs and reservations are not included and are your responsibly. Just tell us where and when to drop it off. Full deposit is refunded after a clean, undamaged RV is picked up.Please message me with any questions.
