Sleeps 5 adults and 2 children with one Queen in private master suite area, sleeper sofa, full bed and upper twin bunk, and kitchen table folds down into small bed. Heat, AC refrigerator, stove, microwave and bathroom. Propane included but must be returned full if emptied. One renter had a bad experience because she did not know about travel trailers. The window did have a pin sized hole on it that was covered with tape. You cant even see it on the pic its small. However I have since replaced the window. Yes there is some rust on the trailer jacks they are metal and metal rust however the jacks work fine. This trailer has everything you need to glamp comfortably, please disregard the one review. This is great camper for a great price.
