2020 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite
Only for deliver!! We love our RV, and we love sharing it with others! It has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed with bed heater and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is very bright. It has a great shower with a skylight , glass shower doors and a fantastic fan. There is alot of storage space. The kitchen has a 3 burner gas range with an oven. There is a micro wave, vent hood, large refrigerator with a freezer, plenty of counter space and lots of storage space. The sitting area includes a slide out with 2 reclining theater seats with heat, massage and swing away eating trays. There is no dining nook. There is a 32" TV with a DVD player and Bluetooth. There are speakers in all areas and an electric fireplace. Outside under the 17' awning, is an outdoor cooking space with an electric refrigerator, a gas 2 burner stove, a gas 17" flat top grill and hot and cold water. There is a mount for a TV connected to the indoor system with exterior speakers. There is also an exterior shower with hot and cold water. It's like an air b n b cause all you have to do is wanna camp.Qué incluyeWe include 4 camping camping chairs, rugs for outside and inside, linens, cookware, and utensils, plates, cups, a Keurig coffee maker, spices, silverware, and cleaning products. All set up to cook and enjoy.Recomendaciones We have camped locally in the Atlanta area. We have Stone Mt., Lake Lanier, and Lake Alatoona all close by. Lake Hartell is 90 minutes away. We live in the Tucker are and we will deliver the trailer to your campsite and set up. We deliver which is perfect for flying into Atlanta area. Diane was our hero when another host canceled our reservation the night before our trip. Their RV was very nice and would be perfect for a couple's getaway!

Owners were very nice & helpful. The RV was nice but had a few issues that were not in the owners control. Despite them we had a good trip.

"After a booking with another owner fell through, Diane and her husband rescued our fall trip to North Georgia with this wonderful RV. We took advantage of the delivery/setup service which took all the stress of having to tow out of the equation. We absolutely loved the floorplan of the RV: the kitchen area was nicely sized, the recliners and fireplace were extremely cozy, and the setup of the separate "master suite" in the rear of the trailer was perfect to rest in. We would 100% rent this again!"

This was the best little RV for a couple's getaway. Set up was a cinch and this RV has ALL the amenities. The recliners and TV were perfect when it rained. The outdoor kitchen kept everything at our fingertips when were enjoyed the weather. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with!
