Late Return & Delivery Policy Return time: The RV must be returned by the agreed upon time. Late Return Fee • $50/hr will apply for returns past scheduled time, up to a maximum of $200/day. Delivery Wait Fee If you are late to meet us for delivery, a $25 fee per 30 minutes of waiting time may be applied. Please let us know ASAP if you are running behind so we can plan accordingly. Grace Period A 30-minute grace period may be offered, when possible, but communication is key. If another rental or scheduling conflict is impacted, full late fees may apply. We understand that delays can happen, and we are happy to work with you when possible. Please communicate any changes to your deliver and return time as soon as possible. Damage Policy & Protection We want every guest to enjoy their trip worry-free — and also ensure our RV stays in great shape for the next adventure! Security Deposit: 1000$ A fully refundable deposit is held at the time of booking and returned after the RV is inspected and confirmed to be in the same condition as pickup. Interior Damage Protection: Optional add-on via Outdoorsy We strongly recommend guests opt in to Interior Damage Protection at checkout. This covers accidental interior damage (broken furniture, spills, etc.). Accident/Damage Reporting: Please report any damage immediately. We understand accidents happen — early communication helps us resolve things quickly and fairly Additional Damage Rules To avoid charges or deductions from your deposit: * Only open the slide-out awning in calm weather (high wind can cause damage) * Please do not flush anything other than RV-safe toilet paper * Pets welcome — just cover furniture and beds if pets climb up * No smoking inside the RV *Return trailer broom-clean, with trash removed * Waste tanks must be emptied unless dump add-on is selected Contact Us Anytime We’re here to help with setup questions, roadside issues, or returns.
