Any of the listed items below can result in substantial additional cleaning fees and forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
-You must report all accidents and damage involving the Vehicle to us and the police within 24 hours of occurrence.
-Smoking or Vaping is NOT permitted inside the vehicle.
-Burning of Scented candles, Incense, cooking of fragrant foods is NOT permitted inside the vehicle.
-No off road use, forest service roads, gravel roads, beaches, etc. Gravel parking lots or spots at campgrounds are ok.
-Only use provided toilet paper.
-Do not to put any other foreign materials into the toilet, including non approved toilet paper, paper towels, wipes and feminine hygiene products. Use of such items will results in clogs, which require additional cleaning fee of $500.
-Awning is NOT covered by the rental insurance- all repair cost are the responsibility of the renter.
-The vehicle is equipped with a GPS and it records your entire trip. DO NOT OPERATE THE VEHICLE IN EXCESS OF 75MPH, such speeds cause excessive wear and tear on the vehicle and can cause unexpected mechanical failures, tire blowouts, etc.
-No Travel to Mexico
-No climbing on the roof
-No Burning Man festival.
-Rental Addendum and additional forms are signed upon pickup.
