Insurance is included! There are 6 seatbelts and sleeping for 8. The large, power awning, screen door, outdoor speakers, lighting, grill and optional area rug make for fantastic outdoor time. Inside, the powered slide makes a much more spacious interior. There is a 40in LED tv with a blue ray player, upgraded leatherette sofa and dinette. The galley includes a 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, sink and a fridge and freezer that runs on electric or propane. Water, including the outdoor shower, is heated by electric or propane. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and lots of storage including hanging racks. The bathroom includes an enclosed shower with a roof vent. Above the cab is another sleeping area with shades for privacy. Throughout, there are lights just about everywhere within arm's reach. Renters will need to purchase MBA renters insurance at $30 daily which is quite simple to do.Any questions? Just ask!
