Fully Enclosed and equipped with all the essentials including, fridge with freezer, indoor outdoor shower, bathroom, Tv, kitchen, stove, no generator, and the reliability and fuel economy or the 4 cylinder Mercedes diesel engine. 22 mpg and is smooth down the highway. I have all the kitchen basics for cooking ready to go. The RV has full hookups and very easy to use. All maintenance is up to date, and ready for your adventure. Bring a sheet and pillow cases for your trip. You’ll love exploring Colorado and adventures like Yellowstone on just a couple tanks of diesel round trip. I love the ability to fit into any parking spot, and how it drives like a van. You’ll love making incredible memories in the Colorado Rockies. I’m fast to respond and pride my self in providing the best customer service . I do not allow off pavement driving. A short distance to a campground upon discussion is not a problem if discussed , but its to heavy to be run off pavement for long distancesQué incluye• I have all the kitchen basics for cooking ready to go. Responsive support, but cancels bookings

Kyle receives consistent praise for quick, helpful communication and flexible airport pickup/drop-off. However, there are multiple instances of booking cancellations (0-6 days before departure).

Drives well, great gas mileage

The vehicle is praised for easy driving, smooth rides, and excellent gas mileage, even in mountains. While equipped with many amenities like AC and a queen bed, some renters reported issues such as cleanliness, non-working AC/heater, or a brake warning light.

I will let the complaint letter (edited for brevity) to Outdoorsy speak for itself regarding our experience. If Outdoorsy is fair with the outcome of this dispute, I will amend the this narrative to add the details for future renters to consider: The expectation at the time of renting the RV was that it would be delivered in a clean, operable, and safe condition. While the unit was advertised as being over 20 years old, the expectation remained that these standards would be met at delivery. Documentation indicates that this was not achieved. The vehicle was not clean upon pickup—there is photographic evidence and a signed statement from an independent third party that attests to the state of the unit. We spent over two hours cleaning several areas, including the bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, and dining area, where food residue was observed. Photographs show the extent of cleaning required to prepare the vehicle for use and safe food storage. With respect to mechanical condition, records show the refrigeration unit functioned only when connected to shore power, limiting off-grid usage. This concern was communicated multiple times but did not reach resolution. Additionally, during the last two days of our trip, external temperatures in Denver exceeded 90 degrees Fahrenheit, causing internal cabin temperatures to rise above 100 degrees. When attempting to use the air conditioning unit, an electrical burning odor was noted, which was reported immediately to the Host. The AC unit was not used for the remainder of the trip. Two safety concerns were identified. On July 5th, 2025, while driving to Boulder, the windshield washer fluid was found to be empty on first use of the wipers. This was reported and subsequently addressed by before returning the vehicle. More significantly, the Brake Warning indicator illuminated indicating a fault condition. The Host acknowledged awareness of the warning light but was unsure of its cause despite recent brake maintenance. According to the Outdoorsy Rental Contract, the Host is required to provide a vehicle in "safe, roadworthy, and good mechanical condition." Colorado Revised Statute C.R.S. § 42-4-223 outlines that all brakes must operate properly and be evenly adjusted, and malfunctioning brakes may result in civil or criminal liability if involved in an accident. The active Brake Warning light indicated a potential fault within the braking system; ignoring such warnings could obscure additional issues, such as low fluid pressure or worn components. Under these circumstances, the vehicle was not suitable for rental. For these reasons, we are requesting a full refund of the rental fee.

Kyle was quick to respond and very helpful with everything. The pickup at the airport was ideal!! The van was perfect for our trip to a primitive camping site where there was no power hookup. The propane power kept us warm! When we stayed at a RV campsite, we just plugged in and things worked great! Water filling was easy and waste emptying wasn’t too bad! The propane people at Flying J near the airport helped get us refilled.. The van was easy to drive and got great gas mileage! If you are looking for an economical way to explore the Rockies, this is it! We only spent $50 for diesel and $8 for propane! We spent 3 nights in it. We drove all the way to Mt Elbert, toured Breckenridge and Idaho springs! We are already thinking about our next trip!
