Check out at 11 AM. Check in at 11 AM. Early check out will allow you to pickup between 7 AM and 11 AM (add extra night if earlier than 7 AM). Late check in will allow you to check in your vehicle between 11 AM and 3 PM (add extra night if later than 3 PM). All rentals come with 100 miles per rental day, $.39 per mile thereafter. Our rental vehicles are not permitted to leave the state of Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, or Utah. Please be advised our office is closed on Sundays and all holidays. You can drop or pickup after hours by leaving the key in the lockbox, but your vehicle will not be checked in/out until our office opens (your group is responsible for the vehicle until it has been checked in by our company). Late returns past your scheduled return time are charged the CURRENT nightly rate ($100 minimum) + $75 late return fee if the vehicle is returned more than one hour past return time. If you deny insurance, Switchback Van Rental LLC must be added as an additional insured on your insurance policy (insurance will be removed from reservation once certificate of insurance is sent and waiver is signed). If you deny roadside assistance, you must sign a waiver stating you are responsible for any roadside assistance needs (roadside assistance will be removed once waiver is signed).
