Welcome to your home away from home! This is the best of both worlds - a 2011 Rockwood Roo hybrid travel trailer with a slide out living area and two pop out queen sized beds. You're going to love hitting the road in this lovely travel trailer! This is the perfect trailer if you are looking to get away, recharge and enjoy your surroundings. This trailer is clean, cozy and comes with lots of space for you, your friends and family to sleep.-Enjoy a 3 burner cooktop stove (propane powered), microwave, plenty of storage for fishing poles, comfortable sofa, dining nook, interior/exterior speakers with radio and CD player, indoor bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.-Outside there's a little outdoor shower, an awning and a grill that hooks right up to the propane. Plus, there are plenty of windows and ceiling vents to allow the outdoors in.-Additional features include air conditioning, propane powered furnace, Auto controlled fridge w/freezer (electric/propane), hot/cold water, screen door, top of the line anti-sway/ weight distributing hitch/bar. Rent our generator for $10 per day but be aware it wont run the AC.-There's also a TV antenna and small TV. All included.-The trailer comes fully stocked with your basic essentials, including dishes, cookware at no additional charge.-Sleep Setup: Sleeps 5-6 comfortably. 2 queen pop out beds (up to 4 adults) There are plug in fans for each and both beds can also be heated. 1-2 small children or one adult can sleep on the couch that pulls out to a twin bed and the eating nook transforms to small bed. Comfort is our top priority so we have 2 twin sized mattress pads and one queen sized mattress pad for your use.***Comes with anti-sway tow with equalizing hitch if towing yourself.***Requires brake control on your vehicle and 5700 tow capacity vehicle. We also have a portable brake control available to rent for $10 per day if you don't have one installed on your vehicle.***Owner Delivery, Setup, Pickup is provided at an additional charge. MIN Rental 4 Days IF Owner Delivers over 75 miles away. We're minutes away from Cherry Creek State Park so delivery, set up and pickup is free here for your convenience and local, quick getaway enjoyment.We also, provide a How-To/Reminder info binder so you have a reference if you have questions about how something works.Policies
- No smoking of any kind in unit. Renters will be charged a fee of $1000.00 if smoking detected in trailer.
- Pets - we're pet loving freaks but need to make our little Roo the priority so we'll allow yours on case-by-case basis with additional fee.
- 100 miles per day included with booking, .35 cents per-mile cost thereafter.
- Must sign release of liability, use at your own risk!
- $15 CoachNet roadside assistance strongly encouraged.
- Use of the propane is included for 3 or fewerdays. For 4 or more days, you will be responsible for refilling the propane tank.Easy pick up in southeast Aurora.
