A new queen 11in pillow top memory foam bed, so forget about sleeping on the uncomfortable factory POS mattress. 52 gal fresh water tank for those extended stays or for the perfect 3 day getaway for a family of 4. Ducted furnace and 13.5k AC makes staying comfortable a breeze. TV with booster and Blu-Ray player, 3 burner stove, oven, and microwave. Also has a party kitchen on the outside with a stove, fridge, and sink. A 3.5k generator available if looking to do some primitive camping.Delivery and set up available.Weekday pick up will occur after 5pm unless pre approved by owner.
