The RV ran smoothly, everything functioned well, and I am extremely happy to have rented it. You know what you are renting up front, the price is good, and everything you need is provided. 1.0Generator didn’t work which didn’t provide air conditioning in the cabin. Quite miserable with family and small children while driving through 100 degree temps. Jerry was rude at drop off. Left a nasty voicemail. Martina was polite at pickup.

5.0Jerry stepped up after the fiasco of the other rental with Adrian. Jerry went out of his way to completely satisfy everything that I needed for this trip. He even picked me up in simarn hills and loaded up his su. V with all our stuff. And he just made the trip worthwhile. I highly recommend him.
