Fully Remodeled, clean, well kept. Has a full kitchen, there is even an outdoor hot/cold shower! The lounging area is a combination of the master room area/sofa area, which has privacy curtains when it is time to get some rest.The L-Shaped sofa, pulls out comfortably in to a Full size 5" super comfortable memory foam mattress. Across the way there is a bunk, bottom is a full size and top bunk is a twin size, with comfortable mattresses. There is also plenty of storage for your clothes and accessories.TV and Hdmi converters to iPhone available, so you can connect your phone to the TV for a fun night of Netflix movies (with your account)! A vehicle with a 3265lbs capacity is needed such as a full size truck or SUV with a 3-point, round electrical harness is required and a 2” ball for the hitch ( if you don’t have a hitch, please let me know).We provide all of the hitch supplies, please check your vehicles towing capacity before reservation. We reserve the right to decline the rental if the tow vehicle does not meet standards. ****We also have the right to decline the rental if you do not print out forms and sign at time of departure and check out****We will also take the trailer to the designated park and set it up for you with an extra charge ( depending on the distance) or/ plus a fee of $150.00 each way.Must be returned in the condition is was rented. If it is excessively dirty, we have the right to charge an extra cleaning fee; (from $20-$150) depending on how dirty it’s left. if you would like us to clean it for you, fees are listed above. We don't allow smoking in any of our units. We recommend driving no faster than 65 miles per hour as the tires get very hot, especially in summer months and a tire blow out at high speeds can cause the tire to shred inside the trailer causing substantial damage. no climbing on the roof.
