Drop Off - 12 noon ($30/hour after 12)
No smoking, $500 cleaning charge if it comes back smelling like smoke.
No Climbing on the roof
Cleaning - Remove all trash, food from fridge, and sweep out. Bring back in as good or better condition or $100/hour cleaning fee, 1 hour minimum.
Dumping fees included.
Toll Usage - will charge an additional 50% over the toll amount, but I have a TX Tag, so it will be cheaper than Pay by Mail
Bring back with as much gas as was in it or $6/gallon fill up.
Bring back with as much propane as was in it or $20/quarter fill up.
Note that 4.50/mile for pick up and drop off are figured by every mile that I drive. So if you live 30 miles away and I pick up and drop off, I'm traveling 120 miles and the cost per mile is configured as such.
RV is loaded with cooking, cleaning, camping and emergency gear. If you need me to clean it out for you, it's $150.

Can I use the RV off grid (no hookups?)

It is not recommended to use the RV off grid in extreme heat where you will need to run the generator in order to run the A/C, microwave, outlets, etc. If you need to be comfortable, please make sure you have an appropriate place to hook up to electricity (30amp) or go off grid in a cool climate.
