Our brand new Jayco Camper Van is Perfect for taking the comforts of home on the go without having to pack them yourself. This small-but-mighty professional conversion boasts a full kitchen, private bathroom, convertible couch bed and A/C - everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Plush, leather captain's chairs give up to four people plenty of comfort for the ride (one can be reclined for an extra bed). With TV's in the front and back, a water heater, plenty of accessible storage space and high-end finishes, you'll feel right at home on the open road. There's even a user-friendly retractible awning with outdoor speakers, making outdoor living comfortable and convenient once you get to your destination.For the technical aspects, the van has a TON of premium features. Apple Car play, Android Auto, high-res backup camera and blind spot protection make driving a breeze. Swedish-designed Thule awning, bike rack and roof rack make packing for adVANtures simpler. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY :)
Failure to adhere to any of the following rules will result in the loss of your security deposit and additional fees.
- No smoking (including vaping) inside the van
- No international trips to Canada & Mexico (GPS monitored)
- No felines or rodents
- No music festivals (GPS monitored)
- No illegal substances - use of illegal substances could also result in legal action
- Freshwater tank must be filled with via a city water connection only; filling from natural bodies of water is not allowed
Your responsibilities as the renter:
- Your dog(s) - we love dogs, but you are financially responsible if they cause damage to the rig.
- Any ticket, tolls, tows, and/or impounds, even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
- Tire damage - even if you believe it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation.
- Mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance - call the roadside assistance number provided by insurance and alert us immediately. All repairs must be made by a certified technician. Do not attempt to make repairs yourself. If there are any out of pocket expenses not covered by insurance or roadside assistance, we will reimburse you (as long as we are made aware prior to the repairs' completion and you provide receipts).
- Checking/maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling - cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be your responsibility.
- Understanding how to operate the rig - we'll provide a walkthrough at pickup, in addition to instruction manuals for the rig systems, features and appliances. It's your responsibility to follow instructions, and we'll be happy to answer any questions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in the RV may result in damage and you will be liable for cost to repair.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The camper van is stored at a gated facility with state-of-the-art video surveillance system. Our recommendation is to pick-up and drop off the van at that location. You may use the RV parking space to park your personal vehicle during the duration of your trip.

While we provide a majority of everything you will need to have an amazing trip, we recommend bringing the following: Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Pillows, Toiletries, Bath Towels, Wash Cloths, Food, Spices (other than salt, pepper and raw sugar), and Camping Chairs.

Cooped up and stir crazy, my wife and I (Chris) began to rethink some of the life goals we originally pictured for ourselves.
