• No smoking or vaping anywhere near the vehicle, and no smokers allowed as renters as the smell will still damage the vehicle. If you are a smoker this vehicle is not available for you to rent. • No pets • No more than four people sleeping in vehicle and no parties in vehicles. • No shoes inside vehicle • Large festivals generally not allowed, though responsible renters can request specific destinations. We are open to considering events and festivals if pre-approved and rules are followed and vehicle will not be parked around large groups of people. • No young children due to sensitive electronic components that are custom installed and accessible. Anyone occupants under 18 years of age must be pre-approved, in writing. • Vehicle gray and black tanks must be emptied by the renter prior to return. The black tank must be flushed with fresh water two times. Instructions provided upon rental. Additional fee assessed if gray and black tanks are not properly emptied.
