Comes with all bedding and dishes/kitchen utensils you should need. Shower, toilet, refrigerator, microwave, and stove included. Has a 5 cup coffee pot and toaster. A propane barbecue is included in the storage area, it requires the small green propane cylinders for use (not included). Very lightweight and easy to tow. A generator is included; if you do not stay somewhere with electric hook ups, you will need to bring gas for the generator.
