4.0Great host! Reliable Van! We had a great trip to Yellowstone, Yosemite, The Tetons,The Grand Canyon! Quick response to inquires about the vehicle while on the road. Description of the vehicle is good. It’s not New! It’s well used and fun! Would rent again!

1.0This was a horrible trip. I had no heat as the propane was not checked prior to me picking the van up and the tank was empty. I was unable to use the shower toilet and sink. I filled the van up with water however no water would come out. Due to no propane I was also not able to run the generator or cook. I did fill up the propane after sleeping in 11 degree weather. And was not compensated for this. When the heat did come on after I filled up the propane the ac would come on when the heat was on so I had to run them both at the same time. The gray water was also full prior to me picking this up as I was unable to use the water at all. I basically rented a van. I was not able to use any of the amenities listed In the booking.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We do a no contact pick up and drop off and can accommodate most times between 9 AM and 7 PM. Orientation is done at pick up by phone. It takes 30 minutes to an hour.
