Pick-up is at 3:00 PM. With a prearranged agreement, we may be able to modify that time if it works with our schedule. We understand schedules can change and situations arise causing you to run late or need to reschedule the agreed upon pick-up/meeting time. To do so, we request that you give us at least 5 hours advance notice to rearrange our day. This allows us to manage our schedules effectively and to rearrange our other commitments, if possible. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes in the prearranged pick-up/meeting time, with less than 5 hours’ notice, will result in a fee of $250.00 and we cannot guarantee that we can be available at the new time, but will meet you as soon as possible. We will consider exceptions for unavoidable emergencies on a case-by-case basis. We thank you for understanding and look forward to welcoming you.
