36' travel trailer with tri-level bunk house and private master bedroom with solid sliding doors. Living area features a family sized U-shaped dinette and entertainment center with swiveling TV, DVD player and Bluetooth radio. U-shaped dinette serves double duty as a queen size bed with electric air mattress. Bunk house features a separate TV and DVD player perfect for entertaining the little ones at the end of a long day. The bunkhouse sofa pulls out to a queen size mattress with electric pump. Unit features both indoor and outdoor kitchens. Outdoor kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, sink, propane stove and mounted swing around propane grill. Both kitchens are stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils. Heating and air unit was recently serviced by Camping World in Byron, GA.We keep our unit well stocked for your comfort and convenience. We include, at no additional cost to you, 4 rolls of camp safe toilet paper, hand soap, 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, plates, cups, and utensils. The master bed has a 3" memory foam mattress topper to provide optimal comfort. We provide sheets and a comforter for this bed, all you'll need is your favorite pillow. Feel free to bring sleeping bags and pillows for the kids as linens are not provided for the other beds. If you would prefer, they can be added on for an additional fee of $40. If linens are returned stained or excessively soiled, a $50 fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Bath towels, washcloths and hand towels can be provided for $20 per set of four.We will deliver and set-up the unit to the location of your choosing within a 75 mile radius of 30204 for a standard fee of $150.00 ($0.35 per each additional mile). Set-up will include complete hook-up of power, water and sewer (if applicable), along with placement of outdoor rug, chairs (if rented), cold refrigerators and climate controlled cabin. Should you desire to tow the unit yourself, please ensure you have a truck or large SUV capable of towing 8,000 pounds, equipped with an electric brake controller. If your site does not have sewer connections and you are unable, or do not wish to dump the waste water holding tanks, there will be an additional $50 charge.Your adorable family pets are welcome, however we require that be crated when unattended. We request that all pets be under 40 pounds, however please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. Two dog tie-outs are provided at no additional cost. Any damages caused by pets, including but not limited to; soiled carpets and/or upholstery, will be deducted from the security deposit.Contact us prior to booking to discuss any further needs or requests.
