This RV is capable of comfortably accommodating ten people. The Queen bed in the master bedroom comfortably sleeps two. The dinette and pull-out sofa both accommodate two each. Finally, the four bunk beds each sleep one.Also, the outside shower is great for beach trips for rinsing off sand and debris.This Pac NW traveler is a smoke free travel trailer. Please refrain from smoking inside or close to any openings. If it is suspected that there was smoking inside, or smoke allowed to enter the RV, there will be a $750 fee.Also, there is a $750 dump fee if the black and gray water tanks are not emptied. If you do not feel comfortable doing it, then please select the $175 dump option in the add on section.Along with the dump rules, please use the single-ply toilette paper that is provided. Double-ply TP clogs the drains and makes for a very long tank dumping/cleaning process. If you prefer to use a different brand, make sure to use only single-ply toilette paper. The $750 dump fee will be applied if anything other than single-ply toilette paper is suspected of being flushed in the toilette.Animals are not allowed inside the RV due to allergies to pet dander. Please return the RV in the same condition as you received it. The following rules apply if this is not the case:
If the vehicle is returned with significant cleaning required, there will be a $150 deduction from the security deposit.
If there is significant damages or cleaning required due to pets, there will be a $250 deduction from the security deposit.
If you bring back the black and gray water tanks not emptied, there will be a $300 deduction from the security deposit.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are very flexible with communication. Send us a message with your requests, and we can make it happen.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Power cable is provided, and is very easy to install. Our average time for set up once the RV is parked is 11 minutes. We will also show you what needs to be done.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

This RV is in great shape, so everything works as it did when it was installed. We will do a walk around and answer any questions the renter may have.
