Perfect light weight family travel trailer in great condition and recently renovated!! Sleeps 7 people comfortably, and we have put in upgraded mattress for a better nights sleep in the main bedroom plus added memory foam to the bunks. Kitchen has full size refrigerator and freezer with gas stove and oven. We have pots and pans, all cooking utensils you will need. There is a large sink with a cover to add more prep space as well. A/C is cold and powerful to keep cool on these hot Texas days. Comfortable couch turns into bed big enough for an adult or two children. There is radio that connects to speakers inside and out. We do not allow renters to use awning, but will provide an EZ awning if requested. We include a separate gas camping stove so you can cook outside even when there is a burn ban in effect. Folding chairs, and a few games for bad weather days inside the trailer. We have a weight distribution hitch and sway bars to attach to your vehicle for a more comfortable ride. We would love for you to make lots of memories with ours trailer as we have.Can supply 6ft table and a few chairs if requested at booking.
