4.0Hector was great to work with. He was patient in teaching us noobs how to hitch the trailer to our car and all of the functionalities. When we returned the trailer it was also seamless. This trailer was fantastic to travel around with and we could barely feel it when driving. Me and my 2 small kids (3 and 5) slept in the trailer without any issues. All of the amenities of the trailer were exactly what we were looking for for this camping road trip and would definitely rent his trailer again.
