Tiny is a brand new 2022 Jayco Rocky Mountain Edition packed with lots of great amenities! Our 22ft livable (27ft overall length) beauty has fully equipped kitchen, oversized refrigerator, dinette that converts to bed, double sized bunk beds, queen bed with closable curtain for privacy, large bathroom with oversized shower and automatic canopy with LED lighting!
We have provided camping chairs, fold-able dog bed, gas grill (Grill can hook up to the outdoor gas connection by outdoor kitchen) And for those rainy Oregon days, we have assortment of games, cards, puzzle and Blu-ray DVD's for indoor fun! There is a minimum 6000 lb tow capacity and must have a trailer break controller.Qué incluyeFolks... Jim and I have loaded Tiny with all the things! Coffee maker, filters, coffee, toaster, mini crock pot, Blu-ray player and DVD's, games, cards, puzzle, spices, oil, wooden skewers, paper plates, plastic cups and silverware, freezer/storage bags, foil, hot dog/marshmallow fork tool and two smaller ones that can be used with gas fire pit. 4 camp chairs, outdoor mat, dog run and fold able dog bed, clean linens (enough to accommodate all the sleeping quarters, or you can bring your own if you'd like), bath and kitchen towels, pots and pans with lids, microwaveable mixing bowls and tupperware w/ lids. Hi all! We are Jim and Erin Evans. We love the outdoors and camping always looking for a new adventure. We have two fur babies, Bean, our pit/lab mix doggy and our tuxedo cat Nicholas. We love playing Cornhole (we're Ohio natives), fishing, hiking trails with our Bean, trips to the coast where we love to go clamming, search for agates, and check out the tide pools. We are very easy going people with a love for nature.

RV was outfitted with everything we needed. Everything was in just the right place when I needed it. RV was well maintained and the owners very friendly and accommodating. Will rent again for sure!

The hosts were great, very accommodating to fit our schedule for pick up and return. Rental was very clean, well supplied with kitchen equipment, linens, basic supplies. Everything worked and the hosts explained how everything functioned before we started our trip.

This was a fantastic trailer for a quick family vacation. Not only was the trailer clean and in great shape, but Erin and Jim have stocked Tiny with EVERYTHING you could need. They even have supplies for your dog. They were also flexible with pick up/drop off times and very easy to work and plan with. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely rent from them again. Great camper, excellent hosts!
