*No smoking inside the camper. Any evidence of smoking will result in full loss of security deposit. *Pets are welcome! A $45 pet cleaning fee applies. Please keep pets off the beds and clean up any accidents or fur. Excessive mess may result in additional charges. *Do not tow this camper with a vehicle that does not meet the towing capacity or lacks a brake controller. If you do not have a brake controller upon arrival, you will not be able to depart with the unit. *No climbing on the roof or using it for storage. *All gray and black tanks must be dumped before return unless you’ve added the tank dump service. A $50 fee will be charged if tanks are not emptied. *Return the camper clean – broom-swept floors, wiped-down surfaces, and trash removed. A broom and Lysol wipes are included for your convenience. If the camper is returned excessively dirty, a $75-$150 cleaning fee will apply depending how dirty the unit is when returned. *Watch the setup and takedown videos on YouTube (youtube.com/@squatchgirlrentals) before towing or using the camper. This is required for safe and proper use. *Festivals and major events with camping available (like MIS, fairs, or race weekends) are allowed with prior approval and a $100 Event Use Fee to cover additional prep, cleaning, and post-trip inspection. *Same-day pickup is available but must be confirmed in advance. *No tailgating or parking lot parties unless pre-approved.
