2021 Luxury Sprinter Van

RV was extremely clean, just like the pictures show. Mechanically everything checked out fine. Interior is loaded and everything worked fine, including the TV. Owner was great to work with and very communicative. Having the restroom onboard while roadtripping was a nice feature that the other vans don't have. It's a pricey proposition, especially to get it delivered from Bellevue, but I feel like we got what we paid for and their were no surprises. We added on the luggage rack with the cargo protector...that was huge because there's not much storage room because of the bathroom. The cargo bag fits a ton of stuff in it. If I had to nit pick for areas of improvement...it rode a little rougher than I expected. Not nearly as bad as most RV's but not as smooth as a typical conversion van. Granted it was middle of summer...but we couldn't quite get the inside temperature consistent, people in front and middle cabin were comfy, in the back it was hot. Or people in back were comfy and middle cabin freezing. But at least the AC worked great and we could be cool. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely rent again.

When we picked up the van, Stacey gave us a container of antifreeze to use if we need it because sometimes it gets low and to ignore that it says it is 6900 miles passed maintenance due because she was taking it in for service once we returned it. The tvs didn't work the entire 5 day trip, which was a BIG reason we rented the van! The check engine light would come on and off periodically throughout the trip. Also, we could not drive over 70 mph or it would shake badly. Stacey was very responsive and tried to help us when we had issues with the tvs, but unfortunately everything she suggested didn't make the tvs work. She did refund us the wifi fee and deducted $100 for the tvs not working. It is a beautiful van and was very comfortable for the 8 of us. Overall, I felt like the van had not been well maintained mechanically prior to us renting it, which is very disappointing considering I booked it 2 months in advance.
