Pearl is the perfect size trailer for long weekends whether you are seeking solitude off the beaten path or the amenities of a campground or rv park she has you covered. With a brand new RV queen mattress and dinette that turns into a bed your family trips are sure to be a hit. Unusual for this size and weight is a slide out expanding your space inside this beautiful trailer. When hooked to shore power the A/C will keep you comfortable on those trips to the Gorge for concerts or any other warm place you find yourself. Taking what we've learned at staying at short term rental properties on vacation we want to bring you a complete camping experience as best as we can. Linens will be provided as well as games, chairs housewares, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Please inquire on an additional tent available for extra room for the family if needed.Pearl can potentially be pulled by mid-size suv's and mid-size pickups and larger easily. The towing setup will be complete with anti-sway bars, Bluetooth trailer brake controller and extended mirrors if necessary but it's narrow design allows smaller suv's and trucks good visibility.Pearl is our piece of home comfort while out in nature and we hope she can be an integral part of your future lifelong memories.Qué incluye• Linens (sheets and comforter for queen, fitted sheet for dinette)
