This pop-up is in great condition and has all the equipment for an enjoyable camping trip or overflow sleeping for when you have more guests than you can fit in your house. All you need to bring is clothes and food. Comes with cooking gear, towels, sleeping bags/linens, bag chairs, kitchen gear, the camper-attached canopy as well as a separate 15x15 canopy. All the instructions and equipment list are available before you go, or before you rent if you'd like. Just contact me. I've taken out the internal water tanks and disabled the sink as I prefer all cooking to be done outside. I've camped for over 30 years in every kind of situation and have refined this camper to be the best. No A/C in this camper, but I do have fans for both 12V and 120V service. Don't let the camper sit in the garage any more...rent it today! The camper is located within 2 hours of several great camping locations; Wisconsin Dells, Apple River canyon, Starved Rock State Park, 4 hours to Door County, 3 hours to Maquoketa cave or western Wisconsin/Illinois destinations along the Mississippi. If you want some suggestions, just ask!I'm generally flexible on pickup and dropoff times; just let me know what you'd like to do and I'll try to accommodate! Delivery and pickup is available within 50 miles for an extra fee if you do not have a hitch. If you like the experience, the camper is for sale, available after October 2023. Most of the equipment will be sold with the camper. Contact me if you are interested!RecomendacionesDownload the instructions and inventory at:https://www.dropbox.com/s/ncicvo0xeb24n1o/2003%20Coachmen%201070ST%20Pop-Up%20Camper.pdf?dl=0Otros detalles importantesPlease make sure to lower one corner of the awning when there is the possibility of rain. Make sure that the door still opens and clears the awning after you drop it.Please let me know if there is anything used up, missing, or damaged so that I can replace it for the next renter.I appreciate that all things are put back where they came from. It makes it much easier for me to prepare the unit, and for the next renter to find things where the instructions indicate they are at.

Te presentamos a tu anfitrión, Todd

Miembro desde 2020

I've camped in many places, many conditions, many types. As a Boy Scout, and then Boy Scout leader, I've managed to be able to camp in a cave, in a snow hut, on a submarine, in a downpour, in the heat, in the cold, and in the beautiful country we live in. I find that the pop-up is the perfect blend of "real" camping and "real" comfort. It's a dry place to sleep, a great storage for all the gear, and yet doesn't make me feel like I'm "glamping". I'm excited to hopefully allow others to have similar experiences with my pop-up and I feel that I've setup the camper with just the right equipment to give you everything you need.
