-Please do not cut directly on the counters or table surfaces as this will ruin them.
-NOTHING except human waste and RV toilet paper may be put in the toilet. NO feminine products, diapers, wipes, Kleenex, regular toilet paper, q-tips, trash, etc. NOTHING except RV toilet paper.Cleaning Policy:
Renters are responsible for returning the RV as clean as they received it. Failure to return the camper clean will result in a minimum $200 cleaning fee, or a reasonable fee not to exceed $500, Maximum fee will be assessed if the camper is returned in a substantially less clean condition than received.Required prep and sanitation fee:
This fee is separate from any cleaning fees. This fee is to cover sanitizing the trailer after each rental. The camper was sanitized before you used it, and it will be sanitized after you use it, to ensure everyone has a very clean camper to vacation in.-Awning not available for use due to risk of damage, but a 10x10 pop-up canopy is included free for use with the rental.

-Renters are responsible for emptying fresh, grey, and black (septic) tanks before pick-up. Failure to empty tanks will result in a $150 dumping fee.
-If the camper is abandoned, a $5/mile roundtrip emergency retrieval fee will be deducted from the deposit.Convenience Items - appliances including the A/C, radio, microwave, TVs, stove, etc... are considered convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with these items, NO compensation will be made to the renter.
