Jake was excellent. Communication was easy the whole way, and he walked me through the van thoroughly before I left. SHERMAN had everything I needed: kitchen, full bed, toilet, and a van that was ready to go. The magnetic window shades were a nice touch. They kept it private and dark at first light. Solid experience with Jake, SHERMAN, and Outdoorsy. Highly recommend.

Jake & his wife were very pleasant to work with. Jake took the time to go over everything when we picked up the van so it was comfortable to use from the start. Lots of attention to detail, which was greatly appreciated- even a small vanity mirror with good lighting. First time using a dry toilet & it worked out great for easy middle of the night use. We turned the ceiling fans on at night and opened the windows by the bed to create the perfect breeze.

This was our second trip with Sherman…it’s a remarkable van, with everything we needed for a great adventure. Jake and Jamie have thought of so many details to equip the van and make it special, and everything works just the way it’s supposed to! They provide great instructions and are available for help when you’re on the road. I hope we get to rent it again!

We had a fantastic experience renting from Jake! He was super communicative, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. His van, Sherman, was an absolute gem - comfortable, reliable, and thoughtfully outfitted with everything we needed for our adventure. You can tell Sherman has been well cared for and loved.
