Rules of the Road with Hattie the Hideout (Making Adventures Safe, Easy, and Fun!) Hi adventurer! We’re so excited for you to take Hattie the Hideout on your next journey! To help everything go smoothly, please take a moment to review these important "Rules of the Road." They’ll help keep you, Hattie, and the great outdoors safe and happy. Towing & Setup: Please tow with a capable vehicle and always use the provided hitch and sway control equipment. Double-check that all doors, windows, and compartments are secured before driving. No off-roading, rough terrain, or unpaved forest roads, please. Gravel campsites are fine! Interior Care: No smoking or vaping inside Hattie — a $500 fee will apply if evidence is found. Pets are welcome with prior approval! (We love furry adventurers — just no pets on the furniture, please.) Please wipe off sand, dirt, and mud to help keep Hattie clean during your stay. Only use RV-safe toilet paper (provided) in the toilet — no wipes, feminine products, or paper towels. Exterior Care: Always retract the awning during windy conditions or when you leave camp. (It can break easily if left out!) Keep campfires at a safe distance from the trailer. No climbing on the roof. Departure Day: Please return Hattie clean inside (dishes washed, surfaces wiped, trash removed). Dump the black and gray tanks before returning. (Or opt for the prepaid dump fee if you prefer!) Refuel propane if you used it heavily during your trip (or choose the prepaid propane option). Other Important Notes: Accidents happen — if anything breaks or goes wrong, just let us know right away.
