We're sorry but no pets and no smoking in the van.
Diesel must be at the same levels as when picked up, otherwise you will be charged for whatever we have to fill to match what you started with (typically we will provide it to you full).
Cassette toilet must be emptied, and wiped down with Clorox Wipes before return (wipes are provided with van basic cleaning supplies - toilet can be emptied & refilled with fresh water at any public restroom). $100 fee if not done.
Gray Water Tank should be emptied before return - this can be done at any RV Dump Station. $100 fee if not done.
Pans/cooking utensils should be cleaned before return. $25 fee if not done.
Trash disposed of before return. ✌🏼
For vans that require extensive cleaning, there will be an added fee by Cleaner - ie sand, mud, spills/stains, food debris. (Fee TBD)
Any charges made to your Security Deposit will have a 3% Processing Fee.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We use the "Half-Day" option to cover up to 7 daylight hours of additional use outside our normal 11am drop-off time (Half Day returns by 6pm).

What does it mean when the van is winterized?
A.
The vans are winterized Nov-Mar, and perhaps longer subject to weather conditions. The sink, indoor and outdoor showers are not functional and should not be tampered with as there is RV anti-freeze in the lines that needs to stay there. Additionally, the water system (located on the main panel) should remain off. We recommend folks bring water containers or buy water at the store when vans are winterized. The cassette toilet does not hook up to the van's water system so that is still functional.
