Welcome to our 31 foot, completely remodeled, 2019 Dutchmen-Aspen Trail camper, where everything (and we do mean everything-is modernly updated!). Everything from the memory foam queen size master bed, to the fully stocked kitchen, cooking appliances, dishes, flatware, and even a Keurig with an assortment of coffees and teas is included. A flat screen smart TV with a variety of movies-just in case you experience a rainy day-can be found in the main area storage bin. We provide plenty of linens and towels, and you will also find plenty of sleeping space. Our camper includes a queen size, memory foam mattress in the master, two full size bunk beds, and a pull-out, twin size couch. With 4 beds you can more than comfortably sleep a family of five in our camper. See pictures for further details. Outside you will have access to a variety of our family's camping favorites! We supply a small grill, one full size hanging hammock, smores and hot dog roasters, and two folding chairs! 5.0We had a great time renting Kristen’s camper! It was beautiful and in fantastic shape. They delivered it to Hillman Ferry for us and had it all set up when we arrived. We can’t wait to do it again!

Welcome to our home away from home! We hope you enjoy camping in our Aspen Trail as much as our family does!
The lockbox code for entry keys to the unit will be provided the day of check-in.
Please make sure to keep up with the key during your stay and place it back in the lockbox upon checkout.
There is a binder located in the pantry that contains instructions and troubleshooting tips to various features on the unit.
Towels are located in the storage bin underneath the bottom bunk bed. If you will raise the mattress and lift up the plywood, you will find bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels.
The hot water heater provides limited hot water, that’s just life in a camper! We recommend staggering showers or using the bathhouse at your campground if multiple people need to bathe.
Important to remember:
If you experience windy or stormy weather during your stay, PLEASE ENSURE THE AWNING IS ROLLED IN. You can do this with the button near the door labeled AWNING IN. Please don’t overextend the awning or roll it up to tight-those things are finicky and can break very easily.
Please do not flush any toilet paper or feminine products down the toilet. Even if you are on sewer hookup, and even with the use of RV toilet paper, the lines get clogged easily. Please place items in the trash can provided.
Upon checkout please place all soiled towels in the shower and wash any dirty dishes. Remove all trash from the camper and place in designated bins at your campsite. Lastly, ensure awning is rolled in and key is placed in lockbox box! We will do the rest!
