5.0What a learning experience and SO much fun!! Duane and Troy were amazing and very accommodating when we missed unpacking some things. They checked on us several times, and walked us thru the entire RV experience with instructions on what to do and where everything was.

5.0The Serenity was perfect for our family of 4. The couch provided extra room that made the cabin feel much larger. The main bed was very comfortable. The RV was well stocked with towels, linens, and kitchen supplies (including a k-cup machine for coffee). Kids loved having a gaming system on board and usb plugs everywhere. Unfortunately, the chrome cast was missing. The RV was overall simple to use, but I would recommend having a "how to use" and "trouble shooting" guide on board. Duane was very responsive to all our questions and very easy to work with.
