2020 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite

Absolutely LOVED 505 Rentals!!! Will use them every time we are overflowing with people staying at our home!!!

We recently rented from 505 RV Rentals, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. After a hiccup with another platform, Ken recommended we book through Outdoorsy, and that process was smooth and easy. Ken personally handled our walkthrough and orientation and made sure we were comfortable with everything. The RV was spotless, and he even provided a weight distribution hitch that doubled as a sway bar, which made towing incredibly easy. We camped in three locations: Page, where we had full hookups; the Grand Canyon, where we did some dry camping (no hookups); and Sedona, where we had full hookups again. The RV had solar panels that kept everything charged during our dry camping stop, which was a pleasant surprise and made things a lot easier. We did run into a couple of minor issues: a small crack in one of the sink fittings that caused a slow leak, and the air conditioner froze up once in Page. Ken let us know that the sink part was a specialty piece, otherwise I would have replaced it myself, so we just caught the drips in a pot, and it was no big deal. After letting the AC thaw out, it worked perfectly the rest of the trip, especially in Sedona. In the end, these were just tiny bumps and didn’t take away from the fantastic overall experience. Ken was responsive, helpful, and made the whole journey enjoyable, and we left feeling like we’d absolutely rent from him again. If you’re heading to that part of the country, we can’t recommend 505 RV Rentals enough. If we’re ever in that part of the country again, we’d rent from him in a heartbeat.
