Plan your next road trip with our comfortable, clean 31 ft. Tioga. It is ideal for a family, a couple or just a few friends who want to get away.
This RV has one full wall slide out and an additional slide out in the master suite making it super roomy after coming off the road. It is fully equipped with a queen size bed, a full size bed over the cab, a pull out sofa and the table converts into a bed. The manual says it sleeps eight but unless the two on either the pull out sofa or dining conversion bed are children I don't believe it would be comfortable, so that is why we advertise "sleeps six comfortably.
There is an indoor and outdoor shower, a bathroom sink and a private toilet with its own door. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils and dinnerware. There is a microwave, stove and oven in the RV as well. We supply 8, very comfortable outdoor chairs, 2 fold-up side tables and a folding table that will seat 4 to 6 people. The camper also has a pull out awning so that you may enjoy the outdoors while eating or relaxing. Additionally, there is a large outdoor camping mat/rug that folds up nicely in its own bag.
This motorhome comes with a brand new 32 in Smart TV and DVD player. It is connected to Roku if you are in cell service range via AT&T wifi. Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and other streaming service apps are on the Roku device. The camper has soft close doors/drawers and plenty of room underneath for storage. It also uses unleaded fuel which is less expensive and easier to find than diesel.
We do allow dogs, as we are dog lovers ourselves.
Delivery offered for a fee. Set-up can also be an add-on.

Our favorite two locations where we lived were Alaska and Germany. Those were the places we actually fell in love with camping.
