This 2018 Kodiak Ultimate travel trailer is the perfect trailer for a quick getaway from the city and enjoy some time away from all the noise. Spacious inside sleeps 4 comfortably. 2 huge slide-outs! Easy to use self leveling!

Electric microwave
Propane/ electric fridge & freezer
small outdoor kitchen with sink and refrigerator
TV
DVD player/ bluetooth stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers
Electric fireplace
Dinette that folds into a bed
Master bedroom (queen bed)
Two chairs for camping
a small folding table for outside
2 propane tanks with an additional 2 in the cargo (if used need to be re-filled)
Generator if requested for an additional fee ($50) for entire trip with extra tank of gas, both must be re-filled prior to drop off.

Hitch and sway bars for tow vehicle.If you are towing your vehicle needs a brake controller, and 7-pin plug for lights and brakes. You will NOT be able to tow without these.Please allow 1 hour walk through and guide on how to use the trailer. There is a template with everything you should need to know.Please return the trailer in the condition you received it. It is Your responsibility to clean the interior. The exterior should be cleaned as much as feasible. Empty ALL tanks prior to dropping it off. If the tanks need to be empty an additional $50 fee will be charged. If you choose you may pay in advance to have me handle the dumping of the trailer. Also, re-fill the propane or again, pay in advance and I will re-fill them.I understand accidents happen. If something breaks or needs to be fixed please let me know. The cost for the fix will be deducted from the security deposit. I am fair and will work with you the best I can!If the trailer is returned dirty a cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.First responder/ Military discounts offered, let me know!
