Our tear drop is new as of June 2022. Light weight and easy to tow! It features a regular queen size memory foam mattress, interior room for shoes and clothes, interior and exterior LED lights, a MaxxAir fan, a heater (needs to be plugged in to shore power or a generator), a sink (12 gallon freshwater tank and separate gray tank), a propane two-burner stove, two doors (with windows, screens, and blinds), and a large overhead window, great for stargazing. Pick-ups are anytime after 3pm and the trailer needs to be returned between 3pm & 5pm on Mondays-Fridays and by 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays (some flexibility upon request). Trailering hook up: 2 inch ball for the hitch & 7 pin round for the trailer plug. This was a fun little camper that was well stocked with everything needed for a great camping getaway. The mattress and bedding were so comfortable and made for an excellent night's sleep. There was more room inside the sleeping area than we expected. Ample space to store shoes and extra gear. Many thoughtful supplies provided including a dog tie out, extra towels, cookware for the stove and some small games for a rainy day. Hosts were helpful, friendly and good communicators. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. The trailer was everything promised and more, it came with all the extras we needed. It made our trip that much better having a comfortable place to lay down at night. The renters were great to work with as well.
