The Thor Motor Coach Chateau is one of the most popular Class C motorhomes for how easy it is to drive, luxurious interior touches, and great floor plans.This luxurious coach has 5 TVs (one over driving area, 1 in master, 1 in each bunk and 1 outside!), refrigerator/freezer with plenty of pantry space, comfortable upgraded Queen bed in Master. Fun bunks with individual TVs! Lots of USB ports throughout the Motor coach so your phone and tablets will always be charged.Driving the motor coach is easier than driving a UHaul truck (if you have ever driven one). It has back up cameras and side cameras that activate on your console when you turn on your blinker (very cool!). It takes regular gas so no worrying about finding a Diesel station and it takes Regular gas to make it easier on your budget.The Motor coach is 11 feet 2 inches tall and 99 inches wide, indoor height is 7 feet high (very roomy).This Thor Chateau 31E features a large full wall slide holding a 71 Dream Dinette booth, an L-shaped kitchen, single bunk beds, and a rear master closet, dresser, and entertainment center. The front also has a 68 jack-knife sofa, pantry and refrigerator. The rear master suite has an upgraded queen-sized bed and separate entrance to the bathroom. A cab-over bunk provides extra sleeping space.Dogs will be allowed on an individual basis and may require an extra cleaning fee. They should be crated while inside the Motor Coach. We have 2 miniature short-haired dachshunds and have always kept them crated inside the Motor Coach to avoid damage/soiling and the spread of dander/hair.The toilet should only be used for urine. We always camp somewhere with a bathroom and use the camp site's bathroom for BMs. This will keep the black tank cleaner and better smelling for you and for future tenants.Rental will include a full tank of gas. Upon returning the RV you will be charged a cleaning fee of $150.00. This fee is deducted from your deposit. The waste tanks (black & grey) must be emptied upon return. If they require dumping, a $75.00 fee will be applied. Also, please return the RV with a full tank of gas.
