We will set the camper up and walk you thru the details of camper and the awning. Space rental fees are NOT included in the trailer rental. You will need a 30 Amp power source for the camper. Sewer and water hook up is desired as well. There is a limit of 30 gallons of water to use/hold when not hooked up to sewer and water. Most come standard at state parks. We prefer to set up at a campsite to ensure power and water availability.When your reservation is complete you remove your items and we will pick up the camper from the rental site. No need for you to haul it. Please remember to clean the camper before leaving. All items must be removed before leaving the camper. If excessive cleaning is needed an additional charge will be assessed.Two refrigerators -one inside and one outside. We also have four lawn chairs for you use that are included with your rental. Two are for adults and two are for children.The camper has a few basic items - toaster, coffee maker, toilet paper & basic cleaning wipes. We ask that the camper be kept clean or an extra cleaning fee will be charged.Due to current health regulations, please bring your own bedding. The mattresses all have plastic coverings, but you will want sheets, blankets or sleeping bags and pillows.Upon set up of the camper we will do a walk thru inspection with you. Please have any questions ready. There will be a forms to sign at drop off and pick up of the camper.
