5.0The owner was responsive to all our pre-pick up questions and very helpful. The pick up and review of the trailer was informative and useful. The trailer was clean and ready to go and was easy to tow and set up. We had a great time camping with friends who were impressed with the trailer as well.

4.0It was a great trip. We enjoyed the trailer and it was a good experience. A few things were broken but nothing changed the quality of the trip. I think the communication could have been better for pick up and drop off. That is my only complaint.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pickup is generally at Lunch time (noon) or 5-6pm, although from time to time I can accommodate a 8am pickup. Drop off is flexible, but it must be back 30 minutes before sunset.
