The van was fine and I mostly enjoyed my experience with it. I was surprised when I arrived and was told there was a leak in the propane line, which would make the heat and hot water not available. The owner had an idea to fix it. He ran to the store for parts while I moved my stuff into the van. The heater worked great for my trip. Sadly, I could not get the hot water to work.

Van is exactly as advertised! Clean, drives well, well stocked. Bed is comfortable. Owners are easy to work with and very responsive. Renting this van made for a fun weekend adventure for two.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! Great host to work with made sure everything was taken care of excellent communication on top of holding my hand during the walk-through with all my questions. I will definitely be renting from them again.

The vehicle broke down on day 3, the host said that we would 100% reimbursed us so we're waiting on that through Outdoorsy. The host was very cooperative during this unfortunate
trip and rented us a car to finish our trip to get home. The vehicle we rented had to be towed from the KOA site that we were staying in. Note, the overall rating was our experience
and should not reflect on the host as this unfortunate matter was no ones fault other than it happing to us during our trip.
