Great well maintained RV ready to get you going on your adventure to make life long memories. Our RV is equipped with a generator, inverter, 2 televisions powered by a Winegard Air 360 power antenna. Sleeps up to 6. Has a queen bed, top bunk and the dinette converts into a bed.A lot of items are supplied check the list below. If something is not listed please feel free to ask! We want the process to be as easy as possible. We also offer a spot for your vehicle in our driveway if needed. Simply show up with your own food, clothes and personal hygiene items, park your car and hit the road!Happy Camping!Qué incluyeCamping chairs, lantern w/Bluetooth speaker, 4 towels, 4 washcloths, 2 hand towels, clean linen, 4 pillows, 2 extra blankets, dishes, eating utensils, coffee pot, cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutting board and other kitchen things you may need. Paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, broom, garbage bags, cleaning wipes and our discover pass!If you would like we have a cooler, fold out camping table and/or a propane grill as an add on for an additional charge.Otros detalles importantesThere will be an extra $150 fee for excessive dirt, sand, pet hair/smell for overall dirtiness in the unit. So PLEASE be courteous and respectful of the unit as if it was your own!There is a 3 day min for the rental.We are flexible with pickup and drop off times if agreed upon before your trip.Please NO climbing on the roof!NO smoking!RV toilet paper only! NO flushing feminine products down the toilet please!Please put the awning away during high winds. Please DONT leave awning out unattended.Please return the RV with the same amount of gas and propane it left with. There will be an extra charges if not.Pick up and removal of unit available upon request with an added fee.Allowing pets with a pet fee per pet. Max of 2 pets.

Cory was a great host and incredibly knowledgeable about rv's. We had the rv for roughly a week and drove it down to San Francisco and back. Everything went smoothly! If you are looking for an easy to drive, but roomy rv this is the one!
