This RV is ready to go, still has the n"new car" smell as we haven't really had a chance to travel since we got it. We have stocked the RV with everything from dishes to games for the family. You just need to pack your food and clothes (in most cases). Please feel free to ask any questions. We will deliver and set it up within a 100 mile radius. The awning and slide out are both automated as well as the jacks and hitch. The outdoor kitchen and shower make it easy to enjoy your time outside under the canopy.
