I am Only offering delivery/pick up to campsite within a 75 mile radius of Bozeman unless otherwise negotiated. I do not allow renters to tow. Delivery fee is $50 if within 30 miles of Bozeman and $100 within a 31-75 mile radius. Solar power for off grid camping experience add extended power for lights but not unlimited (depends on sun exposure), also full hookup ready. Shower & toilet/wet bath, refrigerator, stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, dish soap, sponges, body wash, paper products. Pets under 35lbs welcome but throws must cover upholstered cushions. No "wet" dogs allowed inside please! Nooooooo smoking either!!!

POTTY RULES - We encourage a "No-Poo Loo", Waste Dumping fee is waived if no solids or paper is in tank. Guests are encouraged to use outhouse or public restroom for solids. A container will be provided to deposit paper products in trailer bathroom. Guest must specify with owner upon return whether solids or paper is present so we know if hoses and extra cleaning is necessary.
AWENING - If you use the awning, you MUST be present when extended. By leaving for a hike or an adventure, mother nature will have her way while you are gone by damaging the awning with her fury... it's happened to me and can be expensive to repair.
SOLAR POWER - If you are not at a electrical hook-up site and renting a camp site in the trees, please know that your battery life is more limited if you don't get solar exposure to the panels on the roof. We have just added a dual battery system to lengthen the battery life but cloudy days and trees do reduce the recapture of solar power each day. Just use power wisely.
