But we now have a motorhome and we want others to enjoy making memories with her!Shasta is easy to pull. She weighs between 3,500 and 4,000 lbs when loaded. Your tow vehicle should be rated for 4,500 lbs or more. Shasta has a queen bed, bunk beds, a dinette with seating for four, a small kitchen (stove and refrigerator), a bathroom with a high pressure shower head and a little tub for the kiddos. Shasta has AC and heat for all season comfort. There is a power awning outside so you can enjoy the shade or shelter when it's raining. There is plenty of storage space and counter top space as well. It is a great cozy home base for your next adventure!Our goal in listing Shasta is to make her as easy as possible to rent with all the "extras" already included. So, the shore power cord, water hose and sewer hose are all included. Linens are included for the queen bed and bunk beds (please bring your own pillows). There are place settings and silverware for four included as well. You'll have a small pot, pan and basic kitchen utensils included. The bathroom will come stocked with four towels, washcloths and a bathmat.The only fee I charge is a one-time $30 service fee per booking that I pay to the folks who prepare Shasta for the next renters. Also, if the tanks are not empty upon return, a $50 dump fee will be assessed.Once you've reserved Shasta, please contact to arrange a pickup and dropoff time and work out any other necessary details. The RV is located at 1217 Blaketree Lane in Brandon, Florida. This is a private road. So, if your GPS cannot locate it, type in 1505 W. Windhorst Rd in Brandon, Florida.
